Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with EggTally Pro. If it’s not for you, we offer a straightforward refund.
7-day refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your initial purchase and to a renewal charge within 7 days of the renewal date.
How to request one
Email us at eggtally.app@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, so the credit is issued through them to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
