Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EggTally (“EggTally”, “we”, “us”), a personal-finance web app operated as a sole proprietorship. By using EggTally you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

EggTally provides free personal-finance calculators (debt payoff, budgeting, mortgage, and car-loan planners). An optional paid subscription, EggTally Pro, adds cloud sync and backup of your data across your devices.

Not financial advice

EggTally is an informational and planning tool only. Its calculators and outputs are estimates and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use EggTally. Some features require signing in with a third-party provider (currently Google). You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

EggTally Pro & billing

EggTally Pro is $3.99/month or $29.99/year. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change prices with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access other users’ data, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your synced planning data at any time from your account, and request full account deletion by email.

Disclaimers & liability

EggTally is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the tool’s outputs.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
